Are ELEV8 products lab-tested?+
Yes. Every batch is independently analyzed by a third-party laboratory. Each order ships with a batch-matched Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming HPLC purity and mass-spec identity verification at ≥99% purity.
Peptide form+
Our peptides are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder to ensure maximum stability; in any other format their integrity would degrade before reaching you. Recommended storage:
- Long-term: below –20 °C.
- Short-term: refrigerated at 4 °C for up to 2 years.
- Room temperature: 4–6 weeks with minimal degradation if kept out of direct sunlight (suitable for international shipping).
Product appearance variations+
Variations in color, texture, odor, or even biochemical properties can occur due to polymorphism (differences in crystal structure). These variations do not compromise the verified quality or purity of the product.
Vial cap colors+
Product images on our site show white vial tops for illustration only. Actual cap colors may vary between batches; they help our team distinguish products during processing and carry no meaning regarding the contents, dose, or quality.
Storage instructions+
Storage details are listed on each product page and label. General storage: keep in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and sunlight. For long-term stability, refrigeration or freezing is recommended.
Solution flakes, precipitation, and separation+
Solution-based products may occasionally crystallize (form flakes), precipitate, separate into layers, or lose homogeneity, typically after cold transit or accidental freezing. To restore uniformity:
- Warm the vial in 50–70 °C water for 5–10 minutes.
- Shake vigorously to re-suspend.

Extreme temperature exposure+
All molecules degrade over time, but proper storage slows this dramatically. Brief cold exposure is generally safe and may only cause temporary precipitation in solutions, without accelerating degradation. Prolonged heat is the main concern and can accelerate breakdown. For cold-storage products (–20 °C), short-term exposure (under 24h) to ambient temperatures has little measurable effect unless oxygen, moisture, or sunlight are also present.
Accidental exposure or ingestion+
These products are for laboratory research only and are not for human or animal consumption. Always handle them using proper PPE and refer to the product's SDS for safety guidance. In the event of accidental exposure or ingestion:
- Seek immediate medical attention.

How do I place an order?+
Add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, fill in your details, select a shipping method, and choose your payment method (Venmo or crypto). You'll receive your order number and payment instructions instantly.
Do you offer bulk pricing?+
For bulk or recurring orders, open a support ticket via the Contact page and we'll work out pricing directly with you.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Venmo and crypto. For crypto you can pay with the USDC, USDT, or PYUSD stablecoins (on Solana or Ethereum), or with Bitcoin. Stablecoins keep the amount exact in US dollars, and all crypto orders get 10% off. These methods keep transactions simple and secure without the restrictions that come with traditional payment processors.
How does the 10% crypto discount work?+
Choose 'Crypto' as your payment method at checkout and pick any supported coin. The 10% discount is automatically applied to your subtotal before shipping. You'll see the savings in the order summary before placing your order.
How do I pay with crypto?+
Select Crypto at checkout and choose your coin and network. After you place your order, the matching wallet address and QR code appear on your confirmation screen and are emailed to you. Send to that address on the network shown. For stablecoins the amount is exact; for Bitcoin, send the USD-equivalent at current rates. Always send on the network indicated, and never mix networks.

Where do you ship from?+
All orders ship from within the United States.
What shipping options are available?+
USPS Priority Mail (2–5 business days, $15) and USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days, $45).
How is my order packaged?+
All orders ship in discreet, unmarked packaging. Peptides requiring cold-chain protection are packed appropriately to maintain integrity during transit.
When will my order ship?+
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. You'll receive tracking information within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
